It’s clear from today’s press conference that Maryland coach Ralph Friedgen has maintained his sense of humor throughout his team’s 1-3 start.
He isn’t the only one.

During my drive to College Park today, I tried coming up with a single song that would best sum up the Terrapins’ season.
The best possibility, by far, from those thoughtful 30 minutes: Green Day’s “Wake Me Up When September Ends.”
There’s no doubt the Terps can’t wait to leave an awful opening month behind.
