Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove, now a Fox News contributor, detailed an account of what he called a “homeless” reporter credentialed by the WHCA while he was at the White House.

The victims had tattoos indicating that they’re from the area. The victims were not carrying IDs, but one had a birth certificate on him so blood-soaked it could not be read. The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has not concluded whether or not the victims are legal citizens.
