Mayor Dennis Walaker endorsed Democrat Earl Pomeroy in a YouTube video posted on Pomeroy’s election campaign channel Sunday. In the clip, Mr. Walaker praises Pomeroy’s help battling the March 2009 Red River flood which threatened Fargo with a crest of water 41 in. tall.
