This May 12, 2015 photo provided by the Eyak Preservation Council shows a bow picker, a type of boat used to fish Alaska's Copper River, prepared to be part of a protest flotilla of large and small boats in the harbor of Cordova, Alaska, this coming Saturday, May 16. A planned Navy training exercise in the Gulf of Alaska has sparked heated opposition in this small Alaska fishing town whose residents fear another toxic disaster more than two decades after the Exxon Valdez oil spill devastated the community. Opponents in Cordova are planning to protest the June drills by surrounding the town’s fuel dock with their boats on Saturday. (Emily Stolarcyk/Eyak Preservation Council via AP)
