HOLD FOR USE WITH STORY MOVING FRIDAY, MAY 20, 2016-This 2007 photo provided by Chase Millsap shows Millsap with the Captain standing next to a suspected truck bomb following a successful raid in Al Anbar, Iraq. After three tours of duty in warn-torn Iraq, including one that nearly took his life, Millsap returned to the United States to earn a master's degree in public policy and get on with a civilian life. For the past two years, the former Green Beret soldier has been fighting another battle to gain political asylum for his brother in arms, a man he simply calls The Captain, a soldier who fought alongside him during two of Millsap's tours in Iraq.
