The Sparks Black Rifle gun store is pictured in this photo taken Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in Sparks, Nevada. The store's emblem was on one of two t-shirts worn by an 8th grade student who has filed a lawsuit in federal court in neighboring Reno alleging the Washoe County School District violated his constitutional rights when he was disciplined for wearing pro-gun attire in violation of the district's dress code. The front of the store has been boarded up since thieves drove a car through the glass entry way and made off with weapons. (AP Photo/By Scott Sonner).
