2025 Taste of Asia Successfully Held in Seattle, Spotlighting the Future of Asian Food Brands in North America
On April 28, 2025, the much-anticipated 2025 Taste of Asia (TOA) Summit concluded successfully in Seattle, Washington. The event brought together a dynamic group of industry leaders, investors, chefs, brand founders, and legal experts to explore the sustainable growth and global potential of Asian food brands in the North American market.
Hosted by the North American Asian Food and Hospitality Industry Association (NAAFIA) and leading restaurant tech platform MenuSifu, the summit attracted more than 400 participants and took place at Mirra Social Lounge in Bellevue, Washington. The event offered a full day of engaging discussions, networking, and visionary insights under the central theme: “How Can Asian Food Brands Achieve Sustainable Expansion in North America?”
The summit opened with remarks by TOA founder and Essent Capital Co-Founder Cosmo Hu, who reflected on the past decade of Asian food brand development in the U.S. and shared an optimistic outlook for the future.
