Youngkin turns focus to education in inaugural address

Glenn Youngkin was sworn into office Saturday as Virginia's 74th governor in a midday inauguration ceremony in Richmond. In his inaugural address, Mr. Youngkin promised that his administration "will remove politics from the classroom" and that it would respect parents' "fundamental right to make decisions with regard to their child's upbringing, education, and care."

Ukrainian government websites hit with massive hack

Hackers targeted several Ukrainian government websites in a large scale cyber attack on Friday, prompting system shutdowns of key platforms in the former Soviet republic just hours after U.S. and European diplomats had concluded a series of high-stakes talks with Russia.
