Trump holds ‘productive’ 90-minute phone call with Putin over Ukraine war

President Trump revealed Wednesday that he had a "lengthy and highly productive" conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, followed by a call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as Mr. Trump moved to fulfill a campaign pledge to quickly halt the fighting in the nearly three-year war.

Trump says treasury secretary will head to Ukraine

President Trump on Tuesday said he's sending his treasury secretary to Ukraine this week to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss accessing Kyiv's rare earth mineral resources and ending the war with Russia.

Trump names Grenell as interim head of Kennedy Center

President Trump on Monday named his former director of national security, Ric Grenell, as temporary head of the Kennedy Center after he fired several board members and named himself chairman of the Washington performing arts venue.
