Sanctuary cities soar under Trump

NAACP sues Trump over protected status crackdown

NAACP sued the Trump administration Wednesday arguing it discriminated against black people when it announced an end to special humanitarian protections for would-be illegal immigrant Haitians who've stayed in the U.S. since the 2010 earthquake.

DOJ escalates pressure on sanctuary cities

The Justice Department fired off letters to 23 states, cities and counties Wednesday demanding they prove their police policies don't break a federal law requiring information-sharing when it comes to immigration.

Fairfax County to stop honoring feds’ immigration requests
