"You know what the feelings are. I've experienced probably every type of punt you can hit. The good, the bad, the ugly," Quigley said. "So when you know that, you kind of go out there and you're free. That's the kind of feeling I have right now."
"Most of the time in the NFL, if a veteran requests your number, you work out a financial agreement between the two players," Quigley said in the statement. "I was not interested in the money for myself. I wanted to find a way to help some others."
