Montgomery County police said Tuesday they are investigating racially-charged graffiti found outside a county high school.

Police found graffiti including racial slurs, the words “KKK” and a swastika spray-painted on walls, windows and a basketball court at Poolesville High School in Poolesville on Monday morning, police spokeswoman Amy Daum said.

A John Deere utility vehicle was also stolen from a storage building outside the school. Police think the two incidents are related, and took place between 9 p.m. Sunday and 5:30 a.m. Monday.
