Bruce Boudreau said Tom Poti is a game-time decision because of his groin injury. He will take the warm-up, and Tyler Sloan would slide in the lineup if Poti can’t go.
Boudreau said he expects Alex Ovechkin to play and take Michael Nylander’s spot in the lineup, but he hasn’t talked to him to see how his fott feels today. Ovechkin did make it through the whole practice yesterday, and he probably doesn’t want to miss this one.
