Before leaving on his trip to the Middle East, President Obama predicted that the Los Angeles Lakers will win the NBA championship, the Los Angeles Times is reporting.
“The Lakers, in six, I think,” he said.

Obama correctly predicted that the Pittsburgh Steelers would win the Super Bowl and the North Carolina Tar Heels would win the NCAA basketball tournament. Maybe he could predict who will win the Republican presidential nomination in 2012 — because it looks like the GOP could use the info.
