Before the Preakness Stakes, I published my race predictions in the form of how I’d be an invisible $100. If anyone had bet exactly as I said in the paper and on this site, they would have walked away with $951.
So it’s back for the Belmont Stakes. There’s no Triple Crown possibility, but Saturday’s third jewel does feature a rematch of Kentucky Derby winner Animal Kingdom and Preakness winner Shackleford.

But because it’s only a 12-horse field and one of those horses is likely to win, this time I’m only betting $50.

$4 to win: Nehro
$2 exacta box: Animal Kingdom-Nehro-Shackelford ($12)
$1 trifecta box: Animal Kingdom-Mucho Macho Man-Shackleford-Nehro ($24)
