The Israeli Defense Forces released a new clip on Friday with an audio exchange between the captain on board the ship Mavi Marmara and the Israeli Navy radio operator. (h/t JPost):


“You are approaching an area which is under a naval blockade,” said the radio operator, to which one passenger on the ship replied, “Shut up, go back to Auschwitz.”

Another voice then addressed the Navy, saying the ship had permission from the Gaza Port Authority to enter the blockaded area.

“We’re helping Arabs go against the US,” added another voice. “Don’t forget 9/11, guys.”

This is hardly how “peace activists” on a “humanitarian mission” speak, but the Obama administration continues to cower around an international crisis involving one of our allies. What else can you expect from a president who only knows how to cast a “present” vote?
