IRS says tax snooper was no agency worker

Two weeks after praising George W., Obama honors George H.W. Bush

For the second time in two weeks, President Obama praised a Republican named Bush. On Monday, it was former President George H.W. Bush receiving plaudits from Mr. Obama, as the White House hosted a ceremony to honor award recipients from the "Points of Light" foundation that Mr. Bush helped to create.
