Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer on Tuesday chastised Fox News for what he called its "cowardly" decision to air its regularly scheduled prime-time lineup on Thursday and not offer gavel-to-gavel coverage of the House Jan. 6 committee's highly anticipated hearing on the 2021 assault on the U.S. Capitol.

Retired cop with fake badge, BB gun arrested near U.S. Capitol

The U.S. Capitol Police arrested a retired police officer wielding a fake badge, a BB gun and carrying ammunition near the Capitol on Friday morning, charging him with unlawful possession of high-capacity magazines and unregistered ammunition.
