Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam said that while he has darkened his skin before to imitate a black man, he doesn't think he is in the photo that appears on his 1984 medical school yearbook page showing someone in blackface and another person in a KKK costume.

China ‘birth tourism’ operation prompts federal charges

Federal prosecutors announced an indictment Thursday against 19 people accused of running "birth tourism" operations in Southern California that helped thousands of pregnant Chinese women visit the U.S. just in time to give birth -- thus securing American citizenship for their children.

GOP demands answers on possible Medicaid fraud
