As immigration deal unravels, Donald Trump blames Democrats

President Trump said Sunday that immigration negotiations appear to have broken down and Democrats are to blame, saying they have refused to meet his demands to increase border security and reform a flawed legal system.

Judge: Trump’s anti-Mexico comments undercut DACA phaseout

Yet another federal judge has ruled that President Trump showed "clear cut indications of racial prejudice" against Mexicans during the campaign, and he used that in a new decision Friday to further dent the administration's efforts to end the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty.

El Salvador lodges protest over Trump remarks

El Salvador lodged a protest with the Trump administration Friday, saying President Trump insulted the country when he reportedly made derogatory comments about the nation in a closed-door meeting a day earlier.

Lindsey Graham, Dick Durbin immigrant deal falls short of Trump demands

The immigration proposal senators presented to President Trump on Thursday fell far short of what the president has said is needed for him to sign a bill, offering only a small downpayment on the border fence and just a small debt in the chain of family migration.
