"Frankly, for those of us in swing districts, we hear a lot on the ground. I have people who agree with me. I have people who disagree with me. For some of my colleagues who don't have the experience of hearing people who disagree with you as much, I think that's important," Mrs. Spanberger told The Washington Times.
