President Trump berated a quartet of GOP senators Wednesday for undermining his leverage with Iran, while making an appeal to them and the broader Republican conference to do whatever it takes to pass the SAVE America Act.

The Trump administration aims to “bulldoze bureaucracy” and dramatically accelerate U.S. commercial and naval shipbuilding to reverse a decades-long slide that has left the nation outpaced by China, according to White House Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought.
