Just a few items of note with regard to personnel at Maryland’s camp. …

* Defensive end Justin Anderson was freed from practice purgatory; the junior did not finish a conditioning test earlier this week and was not participating in practice on Tuesday. He was out there Friday morning.

* Wide receiver Levern Jacobs was still working elsewhere, though coach Randy Edsall suggested Jacobs would practice on Saturday.

* Fullback Tyler Cierski (hamstring) and defensive end Isaiah Ross (knee) did not practice, though Edsall was optimistic neither would be out for more than a couple days.

* Kicker Michael Tart (foot) was fully dressed for practice after being limited on Tuesday.
