British archeologists have discovered a 2,000-year-old human brain during a dig in northern England, the AP is reporting.

The 2,000-year-old human it was attached to seemed relieved about the discovery, saying “I had been looking everywhere for that. Thanks.”

Scientists, who found the brain matter still lodged in the skull, said the person it belonged to apparently died sometime before the Roman invasion of Britain.

The scientists intend to ask John McCain if he recognizes the skull.
