Bernard Madoff, who is accused of pulling off the biggest fraud in U.S. history, is under house arrest in his $7 million apartment instead of going to jail, ABC News is reporting.

What do you have to do to go to jail around here? Justice may be blind, but does she have to be deaf, mute and a slow learner too?

Or does Justice know the value of a buck?

House arrest? They should put Madoff under house in the home of one of the investors who lost their life savings in his Ponzi scheme.
