A business professor estimates that about 20% of the world’s population procrastinate and the increase in digital distractions is augmenting that percentage, the Times is reporting.

I loved to procrastinate and used to do it a lot, but I developed a cure for myself. Whenever I felt like putting something off for later, I’d tell myself to procrastinate on that procrastination and go ahead and do whatever needed to be done at that time. I could always come back to the procrastination later.

So I satisfied my desire to procrastinate while getting things done. But now I’m way behind on my procrastinating and will likely never catch up.
