Eliot Spitzer, the disgraced former governor of New York, is contemplating writing a book, while his wife, Silda, is going to work for a hedge fund, New York is reporting.

Spitzer’s book isn’t likely to be a tell-all about his fall from grace following revelations he was a frequent customer of an “escort service.”


But the book might have some advice for those seeking to avoid his troubles.

Rule 1: Pay in cash.
