Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza visited the U.S. naval base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and described it as a “relaxing, calm” experience, Reuters is reporting.

Her USO-sponsored visit was a “loooot of fun,” Mendoza wrote in her blog. “We visited the detainees’ camps and we saw the jails, where they shower. It was very interesting. I didn’t want to leave.”

Well, she is from Venezuela, which is ruled by Hugo Chavez.  So maybe Gitmo looks like a resort to her by comparison.
