The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Barack Obama’s inaugural speech will call for Americans to “embrace a new culture of responsibility.”
More than 1.5 million people are expected to attend the inauguration, and Obama will be sworn in using a Bible that belonged to Abraham Lincoln.

“A news culture of responsibility.” Well, that IS a change. We could have used a little of that BEFORE the economic downturn.
I don’t know if you can just call for a culture. I don’t think that’s how it works — unless you’re working with petri dishes.
