Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich gave a passionate speech in the state Senate, saying the prosecutors in his impeachment trial did not prove he did anything illegal, Joseph Curl is reporting.

“How can you throw a governor out of office on a criminal complaint and you haven’t been able to show or prove any criminal activity?” he said.
