Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek says he was inspired by the rock group AC/DC when he recently criticized President Obama’s stimulus plan as a “road to hell,” the New York Times is reporting.

Topolanek, who currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union, says he was influenced by a recent concert where he heard the band play its “cult song” “Highway to Hell.”

It’s a good thing he went to an AC/DC concert and not a Britney Spears show, or else he might have said the stimulus plan was “Oops, I did it again.”

Rockers suspected Topolanek was making an AC/DC reference because, right after his speech, he leapt into the audience and crowd surfed.
