Rod Blagojevich has signed a book deal that will give  him at least $100,000, the AP is reporting.

The book will be released in October and will tell how the now-deposed governor of Illinois decided to fill the U.S. Senate seat left vacant when Barack Obama became president.

Blagojevich’s publicist says the book will expose “the dark side of politics.”  It’s an autobiography.  The working title is “If I Did It.”

Wow, a six-figure book deal!  For Blagojevich, that’s about $1,000 a word.  Sweet.

I was wondering who would be interested in reading a tell-all book by Rod Blagojevich, but apparently the FBI already has expressed some interest in it.
