It’s been one of the worst-kept secrets, but it’s now official that 106.7 FM will switch to an all-sports format on Monday, July 20.
The weekday programming will be as follows:

10:00AM-2:00PM: Washington Post columnist Mike Wise and George Mason Basketball play-by-play man Bill Rohland
2:00-6:00PM: Former Redskins linebacker Lavar Arrington and Chad Dukes
The station will also be the new radio home of the Washington Wizards and Westwood One’s coverage of the NFL.
The broadcasts will be available on 1067thefandc.com
We’ll expect to hear more about this at a shindig at Verizon Center on Tuesday afternoon.
