Here is the link to a great account in guidepostsmag.com. In it a mother tells how she and her husband and father were guided in just the right direction to find care for their five year old daughter when she suddenly and urgently needed medical help. They had been driving home from a vacation and were far out in the countryside in an unfamiliar area, but somehow they were able to “see” signs guiding them to the nearest hospital, even though by normal logic, they should not have been able to do so.
