Thailand animal trafficking cases difficult to prosecute

Epstein guards fell asleep, falsified logs: Report

Two guards at the jail where Jeffrey Epstein was held fell asleep, failed to check on him and then falsified records to say they checked on the billionaire sex offender when they did not, The New York Times reported Wednesday.

Greg Craig trial postponed

A federal judge agreed to restart the trial of former Obama White House lawyer Greg Craig and pick a new jury after his defense team complained Tuesday that the panel's having been selected out of public view could deny him the right to a fair trial.
