FBI agent says bureau opened Trump probe even after Russian Bank link debunked

An FBI cyber expert testified Tuesday that the bureau's counterintelligence unit opened an investigation into former President Trump's alleged ties to a Russian bank in September 2016, even though his team had raised questions about the evidence provided by a Clinton campaign attorney. Federal judge orders Fusion GPS to turn over 22 emails to John Durham

A federal judge late Thursday ordered Fusion GPS, the research firm tapped by Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign to gin up dirt on former President Trump, to turn over nearly two dozen emails to special counsel John Durham, who is investigating the Russian-collusion narrative. Published May 12, 2022
