Kirk Cousins on Kyle Shanahan: ‘I think he’ll do good things for Cleveland’

Bashaud Breeland cited for marijuana possession by VCU police

Rookie cornerback Bashaud Breeland was issued a summons for simple possession of marijuana at 10:40 p.m. Monday. No additional information was made available by a campus police department spokeswoman, citing pending adjudication.

Redskins’ battered backup running backs fighting for spots

After nine days of intrasquad scrimmages, the Redskins finally had the opportunity to practice against — and hit — someone who wasn't a teammate. Bill Belichick recounts history with Redskins

On Monday, as Belichick enters his 15th season coaching New England, he recounted his long history with the Redskins. The two teams began a three-day joint practice schedule that morning that will culminate with a preseason game on Thursday.
