25 years later, America honors 9/11 heroes with solemn memorial services

The nation is pausing on Friday to mark the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with solemn ceremonies across the country to honor the 2,977 people killed that morning and the thousands more who have died since from related illnesses.
