The “game day prep” segment will run on Fridays for weekend games going forward. And that means a look at the five current Maryland players who have earned time against Virginia Tech (tomorrow afternoon’s opponent) in the past.
One guy who didn’t was Berend Weijs, who had a pair of DNP-CDs last season against the Hokies.

* Sean Mosley set his career-high in minutes (42) against Virginia Tech in the classic 2010 double overtime. The most he’s played in a game since then was a 36-minute stint against Notre Dame earlier this season.
* Mychal Parker had his second-longest stint against an ACC team as a freshman in a blowout loss at home last year against the Hokies. In some ways, his decent (if not statistically fruitful) eight-minute appearance was one of the game’s lone bright spots for Maryland.
* Terrell Stoglin had his first career 20-point game in the Feb. 15 game in Blacksburg last year. He’s had 17 more since.
