Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney released another commercial in English and Spanish Thursday that gives a rundown of plans for his first day in The White House.

The former Massachusetts governor pledges in the spot to announce his deficit reduction plans, stand up to China on trade and repeal the “job-killing regulations” of the Obama administration.

In the first “Day One” television ad, released late last week, the Romney camp spells out his plans to approve the Keystone oil pipeline, reshape the tax code and repeal the federal health care overhaul that Mr. Obama singed in law in 2010.
