President Obama is scheduled to address flaws in the health care exchanges and other information on the Affordable Care Act in a speech Monday morning.
The White House says Mr. Obama will speak at 11:25 a.m. from the Rose Garden. He will be joined by those who have benefited from the health care law, including small business owners, as well as those who are helping consumers figure out how to get covered.

While conservatives have been very critical of the glitches in the website, including calling for the resignation of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, Democrats have also acknowledged that the site is flawed.
