As his administration tries to fix problems with the Obamacare web site, President Obama will travel to Massachusetts Wednesday to give a speech on the program’s benefits in the state that passed a similar law in 2006.

Mr. Obama will speak at historic Faneuil Hall in Boston, where the original “tea party” patriots fomented their rebellion against British tyranny. The White House said the president will talk about “the importance of providing all Americans with quality, affordable health insurance and the experience in Massachusetts.”

The state adopted its version of government-subsidized health insurance under former Gov. Mitt Romney, Mr. Obama’s opponent in 2012.
