Vice President Joseph R. Biden said he knew the federal Obamacare website wasn’t working so he didn’t even bother to try logging in and trying to create a personal account for the health exchanges.
Here’s his exchange with Headline News anchor Christi Paul:

Ms. Paul: “Have you tried to get online yourself?”
Mr. Biden: “No, actually, the president tried to get online and my daughter tried to get online. I did not, because it was clear that I wasn’t getting online.”
Mr. Biden went on to say the problems were “inexcusable.”
He said he and Mr. Obama were both told seven weeks before the launch of HealthCare.gov that everything was in order and had to take the assurances of the professionals.
“Neither he and I are technology geeks,” the vice president said.
