Hall of Famer-to-be Darrell Green didn’t have much new to say in his nationwide conference call today, but he did mention one piece of information that took longtime Redskins media members by surprise: He has a child from a relationship that predates his long-running marriage to the former Jewell Fenner.
Green’s eldest child’s name is Crystal. Raised in Texas, Green’s home state, she’s 26, a graduate of Alabama State and is a teacher in Atlanta. She also has two sons which makes Darrell “Grandpa” Green.
