Naval Aircrewman 2nd Class Dusty Bartell, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 4, maintains control of a hoist cable while lowering priority repair parts to the Royal Navy submarine HMCS Victoria (SSK 876) during a Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2012 exercise.
