Sloppiness, mistakes continue to plague Redskins in another lost season

When players returned from their bye week, many spoke of needing the five-day break to clear their minds, escape from their frustrations and regain focus for the final seven games of the season. Whatever focus they gathered, however, was not evident during the course of the week.
