Just a quick note before I pack up and head over to the football team house and wait for practice to wrap up: Maryland will play host to Delaware State at Comcast Center on Dec. 12. And given how well-coached the Hornets are and how methodically they play, it won’t be an especially fun night for the Terrapins even if they do win.
That’s a Friday night before final exams get under way. And it also means the Terps probably won’t open ACC play that weekend, which is a twist on the last three years when a game against Boston College was reliably in that spot.

I mean, that game could still be there. But two games in three days? It doesn’t seem likely.
Anyway, here’s the updated schedule (and if you didn’t notice, apparently the ACC didn’t take kindly to getting scooped on part of its conference schedule; Raycom took down its page with its schedule). This also leaves only three unknowns left in the nonconference schedule.
