2005 first-round pick Joe Finley has pled guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and giving false information to a police officer, the Grand Forks Herald reports.

Finley was arrested this summer after he and former North Dakota teammate were seen tossing differnt objects from a garage in Grand Forks.

Finley had already graduated at the time. He will begin this season with the Hershey Bears, who announced their opening night roster this morning, as he tries to transition from defense to forward. His former teammate, Matt Frattin, who was a rising junior, got into some more trouble later in the summer and was kicked off the North Dakota team.
