PHILADELPHIA — Perfect day for football here at the Linc — not a cloud in the sky and temperatures in the mid 50s.

The inactives are out for the Redskins and in no surprise, Redskins DT Albert Haynesworth is out for a second consecutive game.

There was no sign of Haynesworth on the field trying to test out the ankle. He hasn’t practiced since being injured against Denver two weeks ago.

The rest of the inactives: 23 Hall, 26 Portis, 47 Cooley, 51 Henson, 69 Fanaika, 92 Haynesworth, 97 Wynn, 10 Bartel is the 3rd QB.

Carlos Rogers will start for Hall, Kedric Golston for Haynesworth, Fred Davis for Cooley and Rock Cartwright for Portis/Betts.

Haynesworth’s snaps were mostly absorbed last week by Golston, who played 50 of 63 snaps. Cornelius Griffin also upped his playing time (47 snaps).
