McDonald’s settles chicken suit with Muslims for $700K

A judge approved a $700,000 settlement between McDonald's and members of the Michigan Muslim community who claimed that a Detroit-area restaurant served food falsely advertised as compliant with Shariah law.

Britain bans wild animals from traveling circuses

Traveling circus shows in Britain have gone to the dogs — literally. A new law banning wild animals from traveling with the circus around the country takes effect in 2015, and then only dogs, cats and rabbits will be allowed on board.
